B)__________ COMMITTEE ON BUDGET AND APPROPRIATIONS:  Fixing and Determining County and Special District Taxes:  ACT_____-2006:  Fixing and determining the amounts of the County and Special District Taxes for 2007 and levying such amounts upon the real property liable therefore.
