A)__________COMMITTEE ON ENVIRONMENT & ENERGY: Agricultural District No. 1: RES 164-2007: Proposed Resolution requesting the inclusion of 10 parcels of land within Westchester County Agricultural District No. 1.
B)__________COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS, COMMITTEE ON HOUSING, PLANNING & GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR & PARKS: IMA-Village of Larchmont: LOCAL LAW INTRO. 15-2007: Proposed Local Law authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into an intermunicipal agreement (IMA) with the Village of Larchmont (the Village) whereby the County will lease property from the Village and will contribute funds for the design and construction of a ball field and related site improvements for the Village and the Village will take ownership of a County road.

B)__________COUNTY ATTORNEY: Settlement & Compromise of Debt: Proposed Act authorizing the settlement and compromise of a debt owed to the County of Westchester by NewYourGrocer, LLC, in connection with monies owed under a lease agreement.
C)__________COUNTY ATTORNEY: Lawsuit Settlement: Proposed act authorizing the County attorney to settle the lawsuit of Antonio Molina v. The City of New York, The County of Westchester, Victor Cruz and Donald McArthur.
D)__________HON. MICHAEL KAPLOWITZ & HON. GEORGE OROS: Sewer District Modification: Forwarding a Town of Yorktown Resolution requesting the inclusion of 1 parcel of land into the Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District.

4)__________Contract of Sale: ACT________-2007: An Act authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into a contract of sale with the City of Peekskill whereby the County will convey to the City a parcel of land located along the Annsville Creek in the vicinity of Corporate Drive in the City.
5)__________Bond Act: (BOND) ACT________-2007: Act authorizing the issuance of $600,000 to finance Capital Project BIT17 – Network Infrastructure Upgrade.
6)__________E911 Surcharge Funds: ACT________-2007: An Act authorizing the expenditure of $2,143,313 in Enhanced (E911) surcharge funds for the operation of the E911 system in Westchester County for the year 2007.

11)__________Bond Act: (BOND) ACT________-2007: An Act authorizing the issuance of $485,000 to obtain additional non-County funds necessary due to an increase in construction costs for Capital Project P0007 – Lower Portion BRP, Northbound Exit Ramp, Yonkers Avenue.
12)__________Amended Negative Declaration: RES________-2007: Declaring that there will be no significant adverse impact on the environment from the resurfacing of the Bronx River Parkway from the Sprain Brook Parkway north to the Kensico Dam Plaza as well as associated site work. (P0004)
13)__________Capital Budget Amendment: ACT________-2007: An act amending the County 2007 Capital Budget by increasing the appropriations for Capital Project P0004 by $1,790,000.
14)__________Bond Act Amendment: (BOND) ACT________-2007: Amended Bond Act in the amount of $9,590,000 which includes $7,800,000 in previously authorized bonds to finance increased costs of construction for Capital Project P0004 – Bronx River Parkway Repaving Program.
15)__________Settlement: ACT________-2007: An Act authorizing the County to pay to Wildwood Restaurant Co., Inc. the sum of $30,000 as final settlement relating to the County’s early termination of the license agreement with Wildwood for the operation of the food concession at Sprain Lake Golf Course.
