COUNTY BOARD OF LEGISLATORS
SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 21, 2005 (9:45 A.M.)
The County Board of Legislators met pursuant to adjournment.
The Honorable William J. Ryan in the Chair.
The Chair opened the meeting with the salute to our flag and an invocation.
The roll call resulted as follows:
Legislators: Young, Abinanti, Astorino, Bronz, Kaplowitz, Myers, Rogowsky, Stewart-Cousins, Wishnie, Chair – 10.
Absent: Legislators: Alvarado, Oros, Burrows, LaMotte, Maisano, Pinto, Spreckman – 7.
SPECIAL ORDER: CHAIR OF THE BOARD AND THE COMMITTEE ON BUDGET AND APPROPRIATIONS: Increased Legislative Compensation: RES 230-2005: Setting a Public Hearing on a proposed Local Law amending Section 209.41 of the Laws of Westchester County in relation to the compensation paid to Legislators of the Westchester County Board of Legislators. [Public Hearing set for December 27, 2005 at 10:00 a.m.; LOCAL LAW INTRO 28-2005.]
Mr. Kaplowitz presented the following Resolution and moved its adoption, which was declared adopted.
On MOTION of Legislator Young, The Board adjourns.
