COUNTY BOARD OF LEGISLATORS
SPECIAL MEETING
JANUARY 11, 2005 (4:30 P.M.)
The County Board of Legislators met pursuant to adjournment.
The Honorable William J. Ryan in the Chair.
The Chair opened the meeting with the salute to our flag and an invocation.
The roll call resulted as follows:
Legislators: Young, Oros, Abinanti, Alvarado, Bronz, Kaplowitz, LaMotte, Maisano, Pinto, Rogowsky, Stewart-Cousins, Wishnie, Chair – 13.
Absent: Astorino, Spreckman - 2.
SPECIAL ORDER: CHAIR OF THE BOARD AND THE COMMITTEE ON RULES: Special Election: RES 3-2005: Resolution calling for a special election to fill the office of County Legislator for the Seventh County Legislative District to be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2005.
Mr. Young presented the following Resolution and moved its adoption which was declared adopted.
SPECIAL ORDER: CHAIR OF THE BOARD AND THE COMMITTEE ON RULES: Special Election: RES 4-2005: Resolution calling for a special election to fill the office of County Legislator for the Fifteenth County Legislative District to be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2005.
Mr. Young presented the following Resolution and moved its adoption which was declared adopted.
