Edward M. Gibbs
|
“All of my colleagues on the Board of Legislators join me in expressing our condolescences to the family of Ed Gibbs and his wife, Fran, on his passing on July 1 at the age of 82. Having served seven terms as a county legislator (1972-1984), Ed was a dedicated public servant and a true gentleman who was well respected and always put Peekskill and the entire community he served ahead of any political gain. As one of my predecessors, Ed was instrumental in helping plant the seeds for the revival of Peekskill. In everything he was involved in, Ed touched a lot of people and he will be sorely missed.” |
