Joseph Tomaino and Emmeline Rocha-Sinha Appointed To Westchester Medical Center's Board Of Directors
The Board approved two candidates to the Westchester Medical Center's Board of Directors to fill seats of departing directors, Richard Weill and Betsy Stern.
Joseph Tomaino has served as a non-voting member of the governing board of the WMC for nearly a year. He has an extensive background in health care and nursing administration and has consulted and educated various organizations and individuals with respect to health care management and training. Mr. Tomaino is also an educator and has held the position of Asst. Dean of Columbia University School of Nursing and is an adjunct professor at Pace University.
Emmeline Rocha-Sinha is currently the Managing Director of the Insured Portfolio Managment Division and the Head of the Global Public Finance at MBIA Insurance Corporation. She has over 17 years experience in the public and structured finance industry with particular experience in financial services to non-profit hospitals, housing authorities, higher education institutions, transportation authorities and investor-owned utilities.
