Two County-Built Athletic Fields Open In Rye Brook
On September 17th, county and local officials as well as representatives from a local youth soccer league, the school district and the high school football team, gathered to celebrate the opening of two new all-weather ball fields on King Street at Rye Brook High School. County Legislator Marty Rogowsky secured the more than $2 million needed to build the fields and other improvements from the county's Legacy Program, a multi-year initiative to meet the increase in demand for more athletic fields throughout the county.
