Local Law authorizing Westchester County to amend an intermunicipal agreement (IMA) with the City of Mount Vernon, in which the County would lease property from the City and contribute funds toward the construction of improvements at the Playground (the Playground would then be operated and maintained by Mount Vernon and accessible to all County residents) was overed and postponed for discussion until the Board’s next regularly-scheduled meeting on Tuesday, September 7, 2010.
