A)__________PUBLIC HEARING:  COMMITTEE ON LEGISLATION:  Financial Disclosure Form:  LOCAL LAW INTRO.  8-2006:  Proposed Local Law amending Sections 883.61 and 883.71 of the Laws of Westchester County to provide for a separate financial disclosure form for individuals who serve on County Boards, commissions and voluntary councils and an updated distribution list.

1)__________COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC SAFETY AND SECURITY:  Prisoner Transport IMA :  ACT ________-2007:  An Act authorizing the County to enter into an IMA with the city of Mount Vernon in order to provide reimbursement for prisoner transportation to the Westchester County Jail.

A)__________COUNTY EXECUTIVE: Agreement with WCHCC: Proposed Act authorizing the County, acting by and through Westchester Community College, to amend its agreement with WCHCC for supervised clinical instruction.
1)__________Bond Act: Proposed Act authorizing the County to issue up to $3,080,000 in bonds to finance Capital Project BPF30 – Infrastructure Repairs, Parking Garage, DOC, Valhalla Campus.
2)__________Capital Budget Amendment & Bond Act: Proposed Act authorizing the County to amend its 2007 Capital Budget and a related Bond Act to finance Capital Project RCC10 – County Center Site work.

6)___________District Attorney’s Investigators PBA Collective Bargaining Agreement: Proposed Act approving certain financial terms and conditions of employment requiring legislative approval by law in a Collective Bargaining agreement for those employees of Westchester County represented by the District Attorney’s Investigators PBA.
B)__________CLERK OF THE BOARD: Bus Seat Dedication: Forwarding correspondence from the Supervisor of the Town of Greenburgh urging that the Westchester County DOT and Liberty Bus Company dedicate a seat at the front of all buses in honor of Rosa Parks.
