The County Board of Legislators met pursuant to adjournment.

The Honorable William J. Ryan in the Chair.

The Chair opened the meeting with the salute to our flag and an invocation.

Vernon, White Plains, Peekskill and Yonkers, through their respective police departments, for the purpose of continuing a County-wide critical incident response team.
