17)_________Agreement with WCHCC: Proposed Act authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into an agreement with WCHCC whereby WCHCC shall provide expanded access to rapid HIV testing and counseling by working with community-based partners to reach target high-risk populations that might not otherwise have access to HIV testing services, on a non-exclusive basis.
18)_________Agreement with WCHCC: Proposed Act authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into an agreement with WCHCC whereby WCHCC, through its Occupational Health Center, shall provide medical consulting services necessary for satisfactory implementation of the Uniform Attendance Standards of the Department of Correction, including, without limitation, reviewing the medical status of employees to determine fitness for duty.
19)_________WCHCC Agreement Amendment: Proposed Act authorizing the County of Westchester to amend its 2006 Agreement with WCHCC whereby WCHCC provided, through its Occupational Health Center, medical consulting services necessary for satisfactory implementation of the Uniform Attendance standards of the Department of Correction, including, without limitation, reviewing the medical status of employees to determine fitness for duty, in order to increase the not to exceed amount by $2,378.

20)_________Budget Transfer Resolution: Proposed Resolution transferring funds within various County departments in the amount of $3,639,670.
21)_________Budget Amendment: Proposed Act amending the 2006 Operating Budget in the amount of $539,844.
22)_________Property Purchase: Proposed Act authorizing the County to purchase and subsequently convey approximately 3.195 acres of real property in the Town of Pound Ridge for the purpose of providing 12 affordable rental units for persons aged 55 and older that will remain affordable in perpetuity.
23)_________Bond Act: Proposed Act authorizing the issuance of $714,000 in bonds to finance cost of acquisition of land in the Town of Pound Ridge pursuant to the New Homes Acquisition Capital Project (BPL10).
24)_________IMA: Proposed Act authorizing the County to enter into an IMA with the Town of Pound Ridge for the provision of funds to provide on site and off site public improvements associated with the development of a Housing Implementation Fund project known as 29 Westchester Avenue in the Town.
25)_________Bond Act: Proposed Act authorizing the issuance of $380,200 in bonds to finance the cost of infrastructure improvements related to the Scotts Ridge Affordable Housing Development in the Town of Pound Ridge (BPL01).
26)________IMA Amendment: Proposed Act authorizing the County to enter into an amended IMA with the Town of Yorktown whereby the County will fund the construction of two ball fields and related site improvements for the Town and the Town shall take ownership of several County roads.
