A)__________COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON FAMILY, HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES: WCHCC Agreement: ACT 174-2007: An Act authorizing the County to enter into an agreement with WCHCC whereby the County will provide WCHCC with clinical analyses, toxicological, environmental, microbiological, forensic science and public health lab services, along with the services of the Medical Examiner’s Office and other special projects.

B)__________COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR & PARKS: Amended Negative Declaration: RES 176-2007: Declaring that there will be no significant adverse impact on the environment from the resurfacing of the Bronx River Parkway from the Sprain Brook Parkway north to the Kensico Dam Plaza as well as associated site work. D)__________COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR & PARKS: Bond Act Amendment: (BOND) ACT 178-2007: Amended Bond Act in the amount of $9,590,000 which includes $7,800,000 in previously authorized bonds to finance increased costs of construction for Capital Project P0004 – Bronx River Parkway Repaving Program.

E)__________COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR & PARKS: Settlement: ACT 179-2007: An Act authorizing the County to pay to Wildwood Restaurant Co., Inc. the sum of $30,000 as final settlement relating to the County’s early termination of the license agreement with Wildwood for the operation of the food concession at Sprain Lake Golf Course.

1)__________Bond Act Amendment: Proposed Act authorizing the issuance of $9,000,000 in bonds, which includes $825,000 in previously authorized bonds, to finance Capital Project SBB06 – Blind Brook Performance Maintenance.
2)__________Gift Acceptance: Acceptance of a gift in the amount of $5,000 from the National Insurance Crime Bureau to be used by the District Attorney’s Office to fund a special project that will help identify and mitigate insurance fraud and vehicle theft in the County.
