B)__________COMMITTEE ON ENVIRONMENT & ENERGY AND THE COMMITTEE ON LEGISLATION: Parking of Hybrid-Electric Vehicles: LOCAL LAW INTRO. 17-2007: Proposed Local Law amending the Laws of Westchester County in relation to the parking of certain vehicles upon County owned property utilized for the purpose of commuter parking.

A)__________COUNTY EXECUTIVE: Gift Acceptance: Acceptance of a gift in the amount of $46,550 from the Generoso Pope foundation to be credited to the Westchester County General Fund for use on behalf of the People of Westchester County.

1)__________IMA-Tuckahoe UFSD: Proposed Act authorizing the County to enter into Intermunicipal Agreements (IMA) with the Tuckahoe Union Free School District in order to provide reimbursement for a Parent/Child Services Program.

2)__________IMA-Putnam & Rockland Counties: Proposed Act authorizing the County to enter into an Intermunicipal Agreement (IMAs) with Putnam and Rockland Counties in order to provide reimbursement for a Parent/Child Services Program.

3)__________Certiorari Tax Refunds: Forwarding a package of court ordered Certiorari Tax Refunds paid by the Commissioner of Finance.
4)__________Memorandum of Agreement-Yonkers: Proposed Act authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Yonkers and the Counties of Ulster, Sullivan and Orange for the purpose of establishing a strategic partnership to address workforce issues targeted to individuals who lack English language proficiency skills.
5)__________MS4-Phase II Stormwater Education and Outreach Program implementation Act: Proposed Act authorizing the County to enter into and accept grant funds from the State of New York, acting through the Department of Environmental Conservation, in connection with the MS4-Phase II Stormwater Education and Outreach Program implementation.
6)__________MS4-Phase II Stormwater Education and Outreach Program implementation Resolution: Proposed Resolution authorizing the County to enter into and accept grant funds from the State of New York, acting through the Department of Environmental Conservation, in connection with the MS4-Phase II Stormwater Education and Outreach Program implementation.
7)__________MS4-Phase II Stormwater Education and Outreach Program implementation IMAs: Proposed Act authorizing the County to enter into IMAs with one or more Westchester County municipal corporations as defined in Article 5-G of the New York State General Municipal Law to enable these municipalities to participate in the development and implementation of a regional stormwater education and outreach program.

MICHAEL KAPLOWITZ: SEQRA-Lead Agency Determination: Forwarding a Town of New Castle Resolution declaring that the Town shall act as Lead Agency for the purpose of reviewing the environmental impacts of the proposed action under SEQRA for the proposed development of Chappaqua Crossing.
C)__________HON. THOMAS ABINANTI: Health Care Reform: Forwarding a letter from the NYS Department of Health in response to his letter to the Governor requesting a public hearing regarding health care reform be scheduled in Westchester County.

E)__________HON. MARTIN ROGOWSKY: FAA-Flight Plans: Forwarding a Town of Rye Resolution opposing the FAA’s proposal to expand flight plans and reroute planes operating in and to the Westchester County Airport.
F)__________HON. SUZANNE SWANSON: Sewer District Modifications: Forwarding a request from the Supervisor of the Town of Mt. Pleasant requesting the status of several requests for removal of parcels from the Saw Mill Sewer District.

1)__________Surplus Property:  Proposed Act determining that an approximate 0.56 acres of County owned real property located along Flandreau Avenue between Webster Avenue and Clove Road in the City of New Rochelle is surplus property.
