The County Board of Legislators met pursuant to adjournment.

The Honorable William J. Ryan in the Chair.

The Chair opened the meeting at 7:10 p.m. with the salute to our flag and an invocation.

The roll call resulted as follows:

COMMUNICATION: COUNTY EXECUTIVE: IMA-Tuckahoe UFSD: Proposed Act authorizing the County to enter into Intermunicipal Agreements (IMA) with the Tuckahoe Union Free School District in order to provide reimbursement for a Parent/Child Services Program was on the motion of Mr. Rogowsky received, filed and referred to the Committee on Budget and Appropriations and the Committee on Family, Health and Human Services.

COMMUNICATION: COUNTY EXECUTIVE: Memorandum of Agreement-Yonkers: Proposed Act authorizing the County of Westchester to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the City of Yonkers and the Counties of Ulster, Sullivan and Orange for the purpose of establishing a strategic partnership to address workforce issues targeted to individuals who lack English language proficiency skills was on the motion of Mr. Rogowsky received, filed and referred to the Committee on Budget and Appropriations and the Committee on Public Works, Transportation, Labor and Parks.

MICHAEL KAPLOWITZ: SEQRA-Lead Agency Determination: Forwarding a Town of New Castle Resolution declaring that the Town shall act as Lead Agency for the purpose of reviewing the environmental impacts of the proposed action under SEQRA for the proposed development of Chappaqua Crossing was on the motion of Mr. Rogowsky received, filed and referred to the Committee on Environment and Energy.

COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR & PARKS: Airport Special Revenue Fund: ACT 194-2007: An Act amending the 2007 Airport Special Revenue Budget in the amount of $3,300,000.
