B)__________PUBLIC HEARING: COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR & PARKS: Sewer District Modification: Act 24-2006: Act modifying the Saw Mill Sanitary Sewer District by the addition of 1 parcel of property located in the Village of Briarcliff Manor.

B)__________UNFINISHED BUSINESS: COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR AND PARKS: Bond Act: (BOND) ACT 37-2006: Bond Act authorizing the issuance of $1,800,000 in bonds to finance the cost of recreational area improvements to Tibbetts Brook Park (RTB06).

A)__________COUNTY EXECUTIVE: Reappointment: Resolution reappointing Eileen Madison as a District 5 representative member of the Westchester County Council for Seniors.
1)__________Reappointment: Resolution reappointing Peter Biscula as a District 2 representative member of the Westchester County Council for Seniors.
2)__________Reappointment: Resolution reappointing Maryellen Martirano, Deputy Commissioners, Westchester County Department of Public Safety, as an At-Large member of the Westchester County Domestic Violence Council.
3)__________Appointment: Resolution appointing Louis G. Conte as a Probation Department representative member of the Westchester County Domestic Violence Council.
4)__________Court Ordered Refunds: Information package of Court Ordered refunds which will be paid by the Commissioner of Finance.
5)__________Lease Agreement: Proposed Local Law authorizing the County to enter into a 20 year lease agreement with the United States of America, acting by and through the FAA, merging 8 license agreements into 1 lease agreement.
6)__________IMA’s: Proposed Act authorizing the County, through the Department of Emergency Services, to enter into IMA’s with any municipal corporation located within Westchester County for the use of County-owned shuttle buses or vans.

B)__________HON. THOMAS ABINANTI: County Solid Waste Commission: Forwarding constituent correspondence with regard to licensing procedures of the County’s Solid Waste Commission.
