The County Board of Legislators met pursuant to adjournment.

The Honorable William J. Ryan in the Chair.

The Chair opened the meeting with the salute to our flag and an invocation.

The roll call resulted as follows:

COMMITTEE ON HOUSING, PLANNING AND GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS: CDBG Funding: RES 23-2006: Resolution urging Congress to fund the CDBG program to at least the $4.5 billion dollar level in fiscal year 2007.
