A)__________PUBLIC HEARING: COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS: Sewer District Consolidation: Local Law Intro. 9-2006: Proposed Local Law allowing for the consolidation of all operations and maintenance costs incurred in the County sanitary sewer system.

1) COMMUNICATIONS:

A)__________COUNTY EXECUTIVE: Sewer District Modification: Proposed Act modifying the Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District by the addition of five (5) parcels of property located in the Town of Cortlandt.
1)__________IMAs – “Invest-in-Kids”: Proposed Act authorizing the County to enter into IMAs with the cities of Mt. Vernon, Peekskill and White Plains for the provision of services under the County’s Urban Youth Initiative “Invest-in-Kids” Program.
2)__________IMA-Town of Cortlandt: Proposed Act authorizing an IMA with the Town of Cortlandt whereby the County would license approximately 161 acres of Oscawana/McAndrews Park to the Town to be used exclusively for municipal recreational purposes.

B)__________HON. WILLIAM RYAN: Hemlock Hill Farm: Forwarding a copy of a letter from the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets requesting the County name an authorized representative to work with the State on the development of a contract for the purchase of easements or development rights for Hemlock Hill Farm.
C)__________HON. GEORGE OROS: Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District: Forwarding correspondence and copies of Town of Cortlandt Resolutions 158-06 and 186-06 requesting “reservation of capacity” at the Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District.

D)__________CLERK OF THE BOARD: Real Property Taxes: Forwarding a Resolution from the Town of Bedford deferring the deadline for the payment of real property taxes as part of a statewide “Patriot Plan” for persons who have been deployed by the military.
