A)__________PUBLIC HEARING: COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS: WCC-2006/2007 Budget: ACT 147-2006: Proposed Act adopting the Westchester Community College Budget for 2006/2007 and making appropriations for the operation of Westchester Community College.

1) COMMUNICATIONS:

A)__________COUNTY EXECUTIVE: IMA’s-Refuse Disposal District No. 1: Proposed Act authorizing the County, by and through Refuse Disposal District No. 1 to enter into IMAs with municipalities located within the District, wherein each municipality will deliver to the District its municipally collected solid waste and source separated recyclables.
1)__________Sleepy Hollow Senior Affordable Housing Development: Forwarding a packet of legislation authorizing the County to purchase and subsequently convey approximately 0.45 acres of real property located at 126 Valley Street in the Village of Sleepy Hollow for the purpose of developing affordable housing to be known as the Sleepy Hollow Senior Affordable Housing Development, including an Act authorizing the County to purchase the affordable housing property from the Village of Sleepy Hollow; a Bond Act authorizing the issuance of an amount not to exceed $275,000 in bonds to finance capital project BPL10-New Homes Acquisition; an Act authorizing the County to enter into an IMA with the City for infrastructure improvements related to the development; and a Bond Act in an amount not to exceed $1,716,000 in bonds to finance capital project BPL01-Housing Implementation Fund.
2)__________Bond Act: Proposed Act authorizing the issuance of up to $750,000 in bonds for Capital Project B0082 – Low Rise Building Rehabilitation, White Plains.
3)__________Bond Act: Proposed Act authorizing the issuance of up to $119,000 in bonds for Capital Project B0081 – Rehabilitation of Record Center, 2199 Saw Mill River Road, Elmsford.
4)__________Bond Act: Proposed Act authorizing the issuance of up to $1,020,000 in bonds for Capital Project P0018-Bronx River Parkway at Crane Road over Bronx River & Railroad.
5)__________Certiorari Refunds: Forwarding a package of court ordered refunds to be paid by the Commissioner of Finance on July 24, 2006.
6)__________Permanent Easement: Proposed Act authorizing the County to grant a permanent easement to John Sites in order to install and maintain a water main along the boundary of Hilltop Hanover Farm in the Town of Yorktown.

GEORGE OROS: Sewer District Modification: Forwarding resolutions and petitions from the Town of Cortlandt requesting the inclusion of (3) three parcels of property in the Town of Cortlandt into the Peekskill Sanitary Sewer District (Hollowbrook Court West, South Hill Road, Maple Avenue)
