A)__________UNFINISHED BUSINESS: COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR & PARKS: IMA-New Castle: ACT 205-2006: Act authorizing the County to enter into an IMA with the Town of New Castle pursuant to which the County will construct approximately 530 feet of sewer piping and five (5) manholes for (3) new connections so as to provide better access.

10)________Property Conveyance: ACT________-2006: Act authorizing the County to convey 4.903 acres of real property located in the Town of Eastchester, and formerly part of the County-owned Twin Lakes Park, to the Town of Eastchester for the purpose of providing a composting facility for the benefit of the Town of Eastchester and the Villages of Tuckahoe and Bronxville.

A)__________COUNTY EXECUTIVE: Petrillo Plaza-City of Mt. Vernon: Proposed packet of legislation including an Act authorizing the County to enter into an IMA with the City of Mt. Vernon to undertake improvements to Petrillo Plaza; an Act amending the County 2006 Capital Budget in relation to the project and a Bond Act Amendment to revise the scope, estimated maximum cost and plan of financing for the project.
