B)__________UNFINISHED BUSINESS: COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR & PARKS: Quarry Heights-Sewer District Modification: ACT 228-2006: Act to modify the Upper Bronx Valley Sanitary Sewer District by the Removal of fifty-nine (59) parcels located in the Town of North Castle.

D)__________UNFINISHED BUSINESS: COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR & PARKS: Quarry Heights – Map Replacement: LOCAL LAW INTRO. 19-2006: Local Law amending Section 964.22 of the Laws of Westchester County in order to strike the map contained therein and replace the stricken map with a map which reflects the revised sewer district designations of the Quarry Heights parcels.

E)__________UNFINISHED BUSINESS: COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR & PARKS: Quarry Heights- Capital Budget Amendment: ACT 230-2006: Act amending the County 2006 Capital Budget by decreasing the appropriations for Capital Project SUB01 – Quarry Heights Tributary Sewer System.

F)__________UNFINISHED BUSINESS: COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR & PARKS: Quarry Heights- Capital Budget Amendment: ACT 231-2006: Act amending the County 2006 Capital Budget by increasing the appropriations for Capital Project SM087 – Quarry Heights Tributary Sewer System.

G)__________UNFINISHED BUSINESS: COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR & PARKS: Quarry Heights - Bond Act: (BOND) ACT 232-2006: Act authorizing the County to issue bonds up to $3,250,000 in bonds to finance the design, construction management and construction of Capital Project SM087 - Quarry Heights Tributary Sewer System.

H)___________UNFINISHED BUSINESS: COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR & PARKS: Quarry Heights – North Castle IMA: ACT 233-2006: Act authorizing the county to enter into an IMA with the Town of North Castle whereby the county and the Town of North Castle shall undertake the necessary construction of sewer lines and appurtenances necessary to provide public sanitary sewer service to the Quarry Heights area located in the Town of North Castle.

I)___________UNFINISHED BUSINESS: COMMITTEE ON BUDGET & APPROPRIATIONS AND THE COMMITTEE ON PUBLIC WORKS, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR & PARKS: Quarry Heights – Harrison IMA: ACT 234-2006: Act authorizing the County to enter into an IMA with the Town/Village of Harrison whereby the County shall undertake the necessary construction of sewer lines and appurtenances necessary to provide public sanitary sewer services to the Quarry Heights area located in the Town of North Castle.

A)__________COUNTY EXECUTIVE: Sewer District Modification: Proposed Act modifying the Peekskill Sanitary sewer District by the addition of fifty-two (52) parcels of property located in the Town of Yorktown.
1)__________Parks, Recreation and Conservation Board: Appointing Michael N. Romita as a member of the Westchester County Parks, Recreation and Conservation Board.
2)__________Citizen’s Consumer Advisory Board: Appointing James E. Herbster as an Area 3 representative member of the Westchester County Citizen’s Consumer Advisory Board.
3)__________2007 Proposed Operating Budget: Proposed Act adopting the county Budget and making appropriations for the conduct of the County Government in 2007.
4)__________2007 Special Districts Budget: Proposed Act fixing and determining the amounts of the County and Special District Taxes for 2007 and levying such amounts upon the real property liable therefore.
5)__________Community Services Board: Appointing Virginia S. Hawkins as a Consumer Representative member of the Westchester county Community Services Board.

B)__________COUNTY ATTORNEY: Compromise of Claims: Proposed Act authorizing the County Attorney to compromise the claims of Westchester County to be reimbursed for health care expenditures paid to or on behalf of County employees from the proceeds of settlements with or legal actions against third party tortfeasors.
C)__________HON. GEORGE OROS: Code Red Notification: Requesting the Committee on Public Safety and Security review and investigate concerns and suggestions from Buchanan Mayor Daniel O’Neill regarding Code Red notification.
D)__________CLERK OF THE BOARD: Election Commissioner Certification: Forwarding a copy of the Republican Party’s Election Commissioner Certification recommending the appointment of Commissioner Carolee Sunderland.
E)__________HON. WILLIAM BURTON: Department of Correction: Forwarding correspondence from the President of the Westchester County Correction Officers Benevolent Association with regard to the Department of Correction’s safety and security procedures.

1)__________WCHCC Transition Agreement: RES________-2006: Resolution setting a Public Hearing on a proposed Local Law authorizing the County to enter into a Fourth Amendment to the Transition Agreement with the Westchester County Health Care Corporation to increase the amount of County credit support in 2007 to $80,000,000 plus any unpaid interest. C)__________COMMITTEE ON FAMILY, HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES: World AIDS Day: RES________-2006: Resolution recognizing December 1, 2006 as World AIDS Day in Westchester County to raise awareness of the impact of HIV and AIDS in the County and worldwide.

E)__________COMMITTEE ON APPOINTMENTS: Council For Seniors: RES________-2006: Resolution confirming the appointment of Adrienne Lazaro as a District 3 Representative member of the Westchester County Council for Seniors.

A)__________COUNTY EXECUTIVE: Bond Act: Proposed Act authorizing the County to issue up to $8,000,000 in bonds to finance Capital Project S0S01 – Ossining Waste Water Treatment Plant Performance Maintenance.
1)__________Bond Act: Proposed Act authorizing the County to issue up to $500,000 in bonds to finance Capital project SW022 – Sewer Districts Heavy Equipment Replacement.
2)__________Bond Act : Proposed Act authorizing the County to issue up to $200,000 in bonds to finance Capital Project SW020 – SW020 Forcemain Replacement.
