The County Board of Legislators met pursuant to adjournment.

COMMITTEE ON LEGISLATION: Financial Disclosure: RES 58-2006 as amended: Setting a Public Hearing on a proposed Local Law amending the Laws of Westchester County to provide for a separate financial form for individuals who serve on County Boards, commissions and advisory councils. [Public Hearing set for May 22, 2006; at 7:30 p. m.; Local Law Intro. 8-2006]

Mr. Rogowsky made a motion to remove “and to impose greater penalties for failure to comply with financial disclosure requirements” from the Local Law. The motion was accepted by the Legislation Committee’s Chairman Mr. Young

Mr. Young presented the following Resolution as amended and moved its adoption, which was declared adopted.
