White Plains, NY — This afternoon, the Board held a Special Meeting to amend two Acts regarding real property tax levy warrants. In compliance with the law, the County Legislature must authorize tax warrants, which protect the County’s interests and priorities in the collection of outstanding debt.

In addition, the Board passed one Resolution appointing Lawrence C. Soule as the Budget Director of the Westchester County Department of Budget, and a second Resolution appointing Daniel Smith as the Town of Bedford’s non-voting representative member of the Westchester County Airport Advisory Board.
