  1. Public Comment: Lasting no more than 30 minutes, comments may be made on any subject.
  2. Public Hearing: A proposed Local Law authorizing Westchester County to enter a lease agreement with New York State, acting by/through the Office of General Services for a portion of a State-owned building located in Hawthorne, NY, for a period of 5 years with the County having an option to renew for an additional 5 year term.   3. Public Hearing: A proposed inclusion of additional parcels of land within Westchester County Agricultural District No. 1. More Info

Speaker Rules:

  • Speakers are limited to 3 minutes and will be called in the order of registration.
  • In-person and remote registrants will be assigned times to speak equally, as practicable.
