Speaker Rules:

  • 3 minutes per speaker,
  • Speakers will be called in the order of registration,
  • In-person and remote registrants will be assigned times to speak equally, as practicable.

When you register, you will be asked to select from the following speaking opportunities:

PUBLIC COMMENT
  • Remote & in-person registration opens at 6:15 p.m. and ends at 7 p.m. on the day of an evening meeting and opens at 9:15 a.m. and ends at 10 a.m. for a morning meeting,
  • Session not lasting more than 30 minutes.
  • Public Comment is separate from Public Hearing(s). You may speak on any topic you choose.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
  • Remote & in-person registration opens at 6:15 p.m. and ends at 7 p.m. on the day of an evening meeting and opens at 9:15 a.m. and ends at 10 a.m. for a morning meeting.

PRESS #2: A Public Hearing on an ACT to modify the Blind Brook Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of one (1) parcel of property located in the Town of Harrison. More Information

PRESS #3: A Public Hearing on an ACT to modify the Saw Mill Valley Sanitary Sewer District by the removal of two (2) parcels of property located in the Town of Mt. Pleasant and two (2) parcels of property located in the Town of New Castle. More Information

PRESS #4: A Public Hearing on a proposed LOCAL LAW amending Chapter 107 and 110 of the Laws of Westchester County to Require Truthful Disclosure by Candidates for Elective Office. More Information
