  2. Public Hearing: Proposed Local Law that updates Westchester County's liability reserve fund rules to match New York State law. The new rules will allow the County to pay for additional types of expenses, such as insurance deductibles and property damage costs. More Info

Speaker Rules:

  • Speakers are limited to 3 minutes and will be called in the order of registration.
  • In-person and remote registrants will be assigned times to speak equally, as practicable.
